I've been lucky enough to team up with this pair of super talented dudes who have started a boxing class here on the West side of Los Angeles. They run a great High Intensity Interval Training workout system that pushes people of all levels. Since my time of going to boxing classes, I have fallen back a few rungs and I'm excited to get back out there with these guys and start getting better again.
Our bodies aren't built to be stagnant. You don't need to become a world class athlete but you need to find a way to move every single day. For the last 3 or so years my favorite method was boxing training. Unfortunately due to a back injury I have had a few setbacks and I'm trying to get my body back into shape so I can return to boxing training full time. Until then, swimming, heavy bag work in my garage, and some basketball games will do the trick.
