Over the holiday's I was having a nice chat with my father-in-law about seeing bands and listening to music and all that sorts of stuff. He was telling me all the great acts he got to see at the L.A. Forum when he was growing up just outside of East Los Angeles. A few weeks ago I came across this cool posting from a band that was prevalent when I was growing up. It was their last appearance at the L.A. Forum and only a few days later Kurt passed away. It's a pretty beautiful piece to be able to take a glimpse at the man and how he was able to perform when he was so burdened by the demons that eventually took him.
